Octavo, 154 pages, publisher's original green paper slipcase and bound in the original green cloth lettered in gilt. Some heavy wear and damage to the slipcase which is torn along the edges but still holding together. The book itself has some minor rubbing to the spine with some loss of the gilt, else in very good condition.
